Shipping Information
Order Processing & Delivery Timelines
- Order Processing: 1-2 business days
- Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx): $12.95 – Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
- Free Shipping (EMS): For orders over $50 – Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
Note: Delivery times may vary for international destinations. Asia and certain remote areas are excluded from our shipping coverage.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We stand behind our products with the same confidence that professionals place in our fasteners. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer straightforward returns and exchanges within 15 days of receipt.
Eligibility Requirements
- Item must be unused and in original packaging
- Return request must be made within 15 days of delivery
- Original proof of purchase (order number) is required
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and quality assurance, we cannot accept returns on:
- Special order/custom cut fasteners
- Opened packages of screws where quantity cannot be verified
- Items purchased as part of clearance sales
Return & Exchange Process
Follow these precision steps (just like selecting the right screw for your project):
- Initiate Request: Email us at [email protected] with your return/exchange request within 15 days of receiving your order.
- Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
- Package Securely: Repack items in original packaging with all included documentation. Include the RMA number clearly on the outside.
- Ship Back: Send to our Chicago facility (address below) using a trackable shipping method.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
